The Finance Manager position is intended to be career-oriented with significant opportunity for advancement in both responsibility and compensation. While prior managerial-level experience is preferred, it is not considered a prerequisite; however; motivation to assume active managerial responsibility and authority is required. The successful candidate will train with and report to the Chief Financial Officer.

| Duties |
- Provides professional review and monitoring of the company’s business processes, administration, financial management and administration
- Under guidance of the CFO, maintains responsibility for the company’s bookkeeping and accounting system
- Reviews and processes payments
- Assists CFO in planning and forecasting activities to support CFO and other senior managers in achieving company goals
- Analyzes company’s sources of revenue, profit & loss, balance sheets , expenses and cash flows
- Prepares and provides preliminary analysis of financial reports and forecasts for review by CFO
- Monitors financial details to ensure legal compliance
- Maintains accurate record keeping system for all finance-related information
- Implements changes to procedures, policies, and systems that facilitate expansion, compliance, and scaling of the business
