Sales Support Assistant

We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, naturally curious Sales Support Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our sales department, providing essential support to our sales team and ensuring an excellent experience for our customers worldwide. Your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional customer service while assisting with various sales-related tasks. Responsibilities

• Maintains sales-related and customer databases by entering and updating data
• Updates sales managers by creating and forwarding daily action summaries
• Assists with customer communication, primarily via email and phone
• Creates product-specific documentation (Certificates of Analysis) through our data entry system
• Assists with providing sales and product documentation to customers
• Responsible for shipping logistics, including packing/shipping/tracking of goods

Work Hours & Benefits

• This is a full-time, on-site position. Our office is in San Francisco’s Marina District.
• Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m.-5:30 p.m.

Qualifications & Skills

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite a plus

Education & Experience

• A science background is preferred but not required
• A college degree is preferred but not required
• High school diploma required
• Familiarity with shipping methods (FedEx, UPS) a plus
• On-the-job training provided

Starting Salary Range

$65K per year, depending on work experience and/or demonstrated capabilities
