ISOFLEX offers a selection of most stable isotopes, with the exception of certain "lighter" isotopes, which we do not offer.  If you are interested in these lighter isotopes please refer to our Web Link Page for direct access to several reputable suppliers.

We also offer the largest assortment of difficult to find, limited-use isotopes available in the world today.  We can access a substantial inventory of stable isotopes and are ready to arrange expedited processing and delivery for those items.

Availability of certain products may be limited at times, or subject to delays in delivery due to production cycles.  However, we are eager to work with our current and potential customers.  Please contact us with your specific needs.

Also please note, that ISOFLEX has recently begun distributing a limited line of radioisotopes.  Radioisotopes are not currently listed in our Product List, but we solicit your inquiries for establishing "program deliveries" of selected radioisotopes, including Strontium-89 (Sr-89), Yttrium-90 (Y-90) and Palladium-103 (Pd-103).  Please contact us with your specific inquiries.

At the time we submit a firm quotation based upon your request, we will confirm a delivery schedule.  Please advise us of any special delivery conditions and we will strive to accommodate your needs.

Competitive Pricing

Prices are individually quoted upon request and will depend upon the particular isotope, level of purity, quantity and form.  All prices are quoted on a delivered basis.  Price quotes are effective for 30 days from date stated on the quotation.  Duties and taxes applicable to the country of destination are not included in our quotes and shall be in addition to quoted prices and paid separately by the customer.  

We will be pleased to provide you with a firm quotation on any products of your interest.  Additionally, we are pleased to quote on longer-term "program deliveries", and discounts based on volume.  Please inquire.

Quality Assurance

Quality assurance is important in every shipment we make.  Prior to shipment, all isotopes are analyzed and certified as to isotopic enrichment level and purity.  Each shipment is accompanied by a Certificate of Analysis confirming isotopic enrichment and purity.  

Isotopes sold by ISOFLEX are sold on basis of element weight.  Compound weight is calculated using standard stoichiometry methods without correction for enrichment and impurities present on the isotope or isotope containing compound.  Products sold by ISOFLEX are guaranteed to meet the specifications described in the Certificate of Analysis, providing there is no evidence of foreign contamination which may have been introduced after shipment from our facility.  Quoted isotopic enrichments are guaranteed within 0.5%.

In order to avoid any questions regarding quality, please inspect all packages upon receipt.  If any material received appears to be defective, damaged or missing, please contact ISOFLEX Sales Department immediately.

If customer tests indicate that weight and purity levels do not meet or exceed the results indicated in the Certificate of Analysis accompanying the specific shipment, please advise ISOFLEX immediately of all testing procedures employed so that we reconcile any discrepancies between the results achieved by the customer and those stated on the Certificate of Analysis.  Should any dispute arise as to product conformance with the customer's purchase order and/or the information stipulated in the Certificate of Analysis, customer and ISOFLEX may by agreement designate a reputable independent laboratory in the United States, Europe or Japan.  Determination by such independent laboratory would then be considered conclusive in determining payment or credit obligation.
